Coaching

The Chinese word for crisis (Weiji) consists of two characters. The first character 危 (wei) means danger and the second character 机 (ji) stands for opportunity or chance. Many coaching processes start in times of crisis. Change processes or inner conflicts are only two examples.

The opportunities are sometimes hidden and can be brought back to light through coaching. From a systemic perspective, you already have all the resources and tools within you to master your professional challenges. Together we will make use of the duality of a crisis within a coaching session. In addition to the conversation, we also use methods from bodywork, constellation work and guided self-reflection.
