For which topics or target groups is coaching suitable?
Although coaching is often used by managers, it can be a useful tool for any professional. Some clients want to reorient themselves professionally, have a concrete topic they want to discuss in a solution-oriented way, or want to use coaching as a sparring practice and exchange of ideas.
Possible topics:
- Personal initial situation
- Personal career planning or (professional) reorientation
- Leadership (whether as a new or long-term manager)
- Change processes
- Reflection/Sparring
- Work Life Balance
- Group coaching
How long does a coaching session last?
Schedule 60 to 90 minutes per session.
How does a coaching process usually work?
In an initial meeting, we define your topic and goal for the joint cooperation and clarify the general conditions. Depending on the topic, personal or virtual meetings are possible and goal-oriented.
A coaching process is very individual, sometimes it only takes a one-off, targeted exchange to gain clarity about your own topic. In other cases, multiple sessions with tasks and self-reflections between the sessions lead to the goal. As in every successful collaboration, the coaching process ends when you have reached your personally set goal(s).
