Transforming Leadership & Communication in a Health Sector SME
Over eight months, I supported an SME in redefining its leadership approach, communication standards, and feedback culture. Through workshops and hands-on tools, all managers, and later all employees, were involved, enabling a shift toward openness, alignment, and stronger cross-team collaboration.

Annual Leadership Programme for an International Client
